The Promotion Lady was founded in December 2012 by Brittany Matthews
After working closely with entrepreneurs not receiving limited media presence to share their story, Brittany Matthews discovered a common challenge: capable small businesses were being excluded, not because of performance, but because of limited access to media networks and insider knowledge to secure contracts from a larger audience.
PIP Certification Introduced
In response to demand, The Promotion Lady™ introduced the Promotion is Positioning™ (PIP) Certification, a course-based credential designed to establish a universal standard for small business readiness for growth and positioning to secure high-end contracts.
Virtual Expansion for Equitable Access
Programs and events transitioned to virtual formats, removing geographic and travel barriers while expanding reach and inclusion nationwide.
