We all have seen them, but really...what are they and where do they go?!
QR Code Definition: a machine-readable code consisting of an array of black and
squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by the camera on a smartphone.
QR Codes should be used on any printable documents, banner, business cards, etc. They should not be used for digital sharing on digital flyers, emails or on website.
QR Codes are meant to be scanned from a mobile device. If sent digitally, that eliminates the purpose the quick response system and would require more work for individuals to get the information you want them to have.
